What Is Mold?

Mold can be several different colors, and it is usually a fuzzy-looking growth. White, blue, green, yellow, brown, gray, or black are possible. It can cause health problems for some people, including fatigue, respiratory, allergic reaction, migraines, inflammation, pain in the joints, and mental status changes. It can also cause structural damage to the property.

In some cases, Mold is useful. For instance, certain types of Mold are used in food production. It is used to make cheese, and also to make certain medications, like penicillin.

Just like mold, mildew can cause health issues, just not quite as many.

  • Trouble breathing
