As part of a comprehensive certified mold inspection, an assessment of the home’s interior and exterior will be done to gain insight into what can be causing Mold or Indoor Air Quality issues. We focus on potential moisture intrusion and try to find the cause. We discuss what the client can do to alleviate possible issues concerns and how to make corrections.

Our mold testing is done using state-of-the-art tools; infrared devices, moisture meters, gas detection equipment, and other ‘state of the art’ tools. Swabs or a lift test will be taken and sent to a state-licensed lab for testing. We measure the temperature and humidity inside your Bergen County NJ home and we determine moisture levels present in wood, drywall, and concrete.
