- Please note that a minimum of three swab and IAQ samples are taken to assure accuracy of sampling.
- VOC sampling takes a minimum of 2 1/2 hours of air sampling.
Mold Inspection VS. Mold Sampling
Its not always necessary to sample for Mold. An inspection is done to determine the presence of mold and the severity of the issue, if any. We will advise whether you need sample testing, type of sample and number of samples. Sampling is done to determine the type of mold and the number of spores. If sampling is unnecessary, you will only be charged an inspection fee.
Note on sample results: Properly controlled conditions are necessary to conduct testing of mold in a home. Therefore, the results of subsequent tests will vary
